"I purchased the amici star kidz portacot and since assembling it and disassembling it I’ve noticed it’s such a light and sturdy product for such a lightweight portacot. The price is also definitely reasonable."
"I have purchased a star kidz bassinet in June last year as my baby was born in September and she is now 4 months old, however we found there is a hole in the net area, it was clearly not damaged by usage and we barely used it. we have been told by their customer service that the product has 3 months part warranty and now has expired, also suggested to continue to use the bassinet under supervision knowing the net has a hole with quality issue. It is a very disappointing customer service and bad quality of product. The warranty claims manager has since responded that we have to pay money to buy a new net, we have no option other than accept this offer to ensure our baby’s safety. Very poor quality and now very poor service!"
