"I recently visited Addil Indian and Kebab and all I can say is WOW! This restaurant truly blew me away with its amazing staff and delicious food. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff at Addil Indian and Kebab were super friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. And let's talk about the food. It was absolutely incredible! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavour and cooked to perfection. The spices were expertly balanced, and the portions were very generous. I particularly loved the kebabs - they were so juicy and flavourful, I couldn't get enough. Overall, I would highly recommend Addil Indian and Kebab to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The staff are amazing and the food is out of this world. Definitely a five-star experience all around!"

"Good place and staff. Ordered a Chicken naan Garlic naan and butter chicken, the Chicken naan had a screw and nut inside it. Which is a disaster!! How does that even get in there?? See pictures attached"

"Disgraceful service. Asked for hamburgers said they couldn’t do it. Then asked for cocktail fish, they all started laughing as it was near closing time and the young girl cooking last night 25/1/23 said we have none. She is the rudest thing I have ever met. Doesn’t smile, gives you filthy looks, it’s like she doesn’t want to be there. I have been a great customer there but will not step back in that door ever again. I would rather drive 30 minutes to Hamilton for a kebab."

"I have been getting Indian from here for more than 3 years and the butter chicken, rice and naan bread is exceptional. They have a few quirks which almost makes them 4-star worthy… for example sometimes there is difficulty with understanding each other and when you order on the phone they only prepare the food in advance half of the time (the other half of the time they’ll just wait until you show up in store to prepare which can be painful because naan can take like 10 minutes). These small things aside their food is absolutely delicious so much so that since living in newcastle from early 2022 to date we still occasionally (when we are in the Thornton area) pick up some Indian from these guys for dinner. Tip for customers: if you’re looking to get a curry without the possibility of them getting the rice/curry ratio wrong, order them separately. We always order one large rice and one large butter chicken at least. Easy fix. Tip for the Owners: You should request a name and number to put to an order and start preparing the food consistently before the customer arrives. By asking for a number you’re following a system similar to dominoes and it negates the risk of customers bailing on their order"
