"We had dinner here and the food was amazing. We had slow- cooked lamb for sharing , cauliflower with blue cheese for side and calamari for starters . Everything was delicious and the combination was perfect. The size was more than enough & we had so much to eat . The staff were friendly and provided prompt service. The restaurant atmosphere was nice , warm and welcoming. We will return here for our future visit in the Hunter."

"This place was absolutely amazing! The service was great and the food was delicious. The arancini balls were so delicious and so was the Linguine gamberoni. The sizes of the dishes are big enough to feed two or more! They do warn you though! This restaurant is a must when visiting hunter valley! The staff are absolutely lovely and very cheerful!"

"We chanced upon Baumé during a spontaneous trip to the Hunter Valley, and it was truly a great dining experience. The food was beautiful with extremely generous portions, they were very accomodating with their vegetarian options and everything was just amazing. Highlights were the mandarin salad, the prawn linguini and the desserts. We were also surprised with two complementary wood fired flatbread pizzas to start the night off! Amy our waitress was fabulous and ever so friendly, even gifting us complementary vouchers for neighbouring wineries when we mentioned we had travelled from Sydney. Overall we had an amazing dinner and would highly recommend this place - be warned you will almost definitely go into a food coma after!"
