"Kim (the pharmacist and probably also the owner) is very kind and knowledgeable. Honestly, she's more knowledgeable than GPs. She's very helpful and always happy to provide advice. Prices are a little bit on the higher end, however, it is quite likely that their rent and operational cost are high. Plus, they're a small business so cannot compare them to big name retail pharmacy. I 100% will always go here because of pharmacist Kim!"

I normally pay $9 but don't mind paying a dollar or two more for convenience. When I went to pay it was $19.54! That's even costlier than the late night chemist on Northbourne who charged me $18. I won't be going here again, I can't afford it."
"This place was clean and was the only place in the area that offered what I needed at a decent price. My only concern was how chaotic and disorganized the service was. I can empathize because I have worked in hospo during peak times, but still. Someone would help me and then walk away and help someone else in the middle of helping me and then not tell me things I needed to know until I approached them again. The poor staff didn't seem to know what to do because there wasn't a clear system in place and communication was poor between them and management. Everyone was nice and I feel for them but just let people line up and help 1-2 people at a time."
