"Went to buy a med for simple runny nose, I already researched about the med .The staff kept saying 'it's not gonna work' (over 7 times). She was putting pressure on me throughout while I was reading labels & she was directing me to gp. She was not accepting the symptoms I told her. She was stuck to one symptom. I didn't feel good at all. I just bought the one I intended to by reading labels myself & it worked. Twice I had bad experience. Next time for sure, I will not ask their opinion."

"I usually don’t have any issues with this pharmacy. I just hope that management can consider staffing more people or training their staff to better assist those who are required to wait outside if they have COVID symptoms (I just have the flu). After handing over my prescription I did some grocery shopping then began a 15 minute long wait after 3 unanswered calls to the pharmacy while watching a dozen other customers walk in and be served before me. It wasn’t until after another customer walked in and pointed me out to the staff that I was served. I have no complaints about the staffs manner as they were absolutely lovely and it was clearly very busy but it was quite upsetting to watch people be spoken to or served while waiting in the very cold Canberra weather."
