"Ordered a Easter Lindt Bunny gift to be delivered interstate. We changed the delivery date and asked to be 2 days post-Easter. It didn't arrive, contacted Lollypotz, was told sent express, ETA following Monday. Arrival was Monday but that's 5 days too late, but worse it was not Lindt but Darrell Lea - uncool. We questioned this, they failed to advise they ran out of Lindt and were substituting (we were not told this prior to it being sent, only once questioned). We chose Lindt specifically being the fav or the receiver. We were pleased that Lollypotz offered a refund due to the mistakes, yet this was ultra slow, it has been received now. What makes this experience poor is the lies and proof of such when we had to follow up, like, no shipping info received and then find out it was posted on the day it was meant to be there and tried to blame courier/post. Also the refund when not received told an american company deals with it (what?) and saw it was again only processed the day we followed it up - papertrails are wonderful to catch people out. We've used this business multiple times, if you are in Canberra and drop in, probably all good - but if you order and get delivery, I recommend shop elsewhere as we definitely won't be a returning customer. I hope Lollypotz learn from this experience to not make up truths, own up to mistakes and improve communication before needing to follow up."

"I've ordered through Lollypotz a few times now, and the recipients have always loved them. Today was a more special order, it was my partner and my 15th anniversary, and they went the extra mile to make his chocolate bouquet just perfect. He was so happy with it, and so was I. Honestly, give them a go for a different kind of bouquet, there's fruit and champagne and more as well as chocolate, and you really won't be disappointed."

"Good morning I have been very patient regarding my order. However my patience has now worn. I ordered 4 weeks ago yesterday and this gift has still not arrived. I was promised a refund, and then later a refund and resending of the gift which would get there this past Monday. Neither of which have occurred. This is no longer acceptable and I expect a refund ASAP. I have had to follow this up too many times. I do not receive any correspondence from your business regarding what is being done to rectify the problem.
