"CAUTION BUYING MOONIE BEAR CONTAINS BEADS THAT MAY HARM Purchased online a Moonie Bear as a gift, for my Granddaughters 1st birthday. Delivery was prompt. However, no care was taken wrapping the bear to insure the goods arrive in good condition. It was wrapped in 1 sheet of tissue paper then into a thin black bag similar to a garbage bag. The box was so squashed and broken out of shape. It looked like something out of the bin. I emailed fox and roo. Saying they should take more care when sending out there goods maybe think about bubble wrap. Received a rather rude email back. Saying they will claim on austpost. But if they wrapped it properly to start it would have arrived in good condition. The MOONIE BEAR itself is NOT suitable for sale for small children as it contains small beads in it's hands. The material I was able to use my fingernail to make a hole that exposed these beads. It wouldn't last 5 mins with a teething baby. No where on the box or on the manufacturer site does it state these beads are inside this bear. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SALE"
