"Came to buy a PJ which should be in the box as a gift. The girl picked the box which was dented in the corner. I asked to change the different one but she could not find the box coming with the same size of the PJ, so she recommended the gift box. Just find out she charged for the gift box after leaving the store. If I know I have to pay extra for the gift box, I wont mind to go different store to get what I want. Dont recommend for the service."
"I went to PA woden branch today and it's 5 minutes to close and they wouldn't let me buy my son a PJ for pyjamas day tomorrow, because they can't open the system! Rushing from work, that is v disappointing. I am a regular customer but after what happened, I doubt I ll buy anything again from PA. What a bad customer services."
