"My family and I stayed at the jewel and the rooms were beautiful and the view was amazing. But unfortunately my brother and I had the displeasure of speaking to the receptionist, who was so rude and condescending towards us when we were inquiring about the facilities. Not sure if she was having a bad day or trying to be racist and/or ageist but definitely left a horrible impression of the entire working staff for us."

"Why would you plan a massive Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the most expensive residential building on the Goldie? And with no extra parking provision in an area already over developed. It's an ill conceived project. I really love the complexity of the architecture but the site is too small, the whole project is over developed and the sales prices a developers fantasy. Not for me, but good luck."
