The only minor downside was the room cleanliness, which could have been better. Nonetheless, the stunning ocean views and excellent location more than made up for it. "I stayed in Peppers Soul 10 years ago and the place was fairly new. This time around when I stayed during Easter 2023 it has aged somewhat and the whole building needs a refresh. They still have the old TV's from 10 years ago in the rooms which look dated. The rooms and the pool facilities also look tired. The lifts were not all working and the existing lifts couldn't cope with the busy season which meant a lot of people were waiting 15-20 minutes for a lift that was always full. At certain times we saw people line up at the lifts to go up to their rooms. To top it off we got stuck in the lift for over 1 hour with 15 people in there, no air conditioning and no phone reception. It was quite an ordeal. We managed to get partial refund on our stay because we complained to the management. Those who didn't complain got no refund. It used to be 5 star accommodation maybe 10 years ago but I think its more like 4 stars now due to its aging. 5 star for location 3 star for service 4 star for rooms 3 star for price"
"Such a great hotel! Gorgeous rooms. Indoor pool was out of action due to renovations but they have an outdoor pool and an indoor very large spa which made up for it. Easy access to beach, shopping and main attractions."
"First time staying here and it ticked every box possible. The location and views are amazing, everything is at your doorstep inregards to food and entertainment which is great for families. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are big and spacious, beds are super comfortable. We are staying here again for sure."
