"Nice location. Different experience to check in after office hour to collect the keys from lockbox. Suggest to park at Woolworths before go get your keys if you drive. Apartment room facilities slightly low maintenance, but still fine. Suggest to offer more pillow options."
"BEWARE - these guys only offer bookings through independent 3rd parties so the payment requirements are very sketchy, I booked through a 3rd party and despite receiving ZERO communication from the hotel directly, they will tried to deduct $1000’s without any warning from my credit card (which thankfully declined) I made the courteous effort to call the hotel as I had heard from no one by this stage - rep from the hotel that I spoke with then told me it was a mistake and that someone would be in contact with me within a few days to clarify things Said contact then got on the phone to me to try and tell me the full amount was in fact due. I was understandably beyond confused by this point I tried to explain to her that there is nowhere (and I mean NOWHERE) in the booking process does it state payment is required up front. I also tried to explaining I would have been completely happy to put down a deposit as opposed to forking out $1000’s six weeks before booking Said employee played stupid (tried to tell me she was unfamiliar with 3rd party booking processes) spoke over me and basically told me good luck finding similar property in my time frame. When did customer service end up well and truly in the toilet like this?! Additionally - how do you justify trying to take an additional $1000 for damages (not withholding - TAKING!) on a mediocre property like this is beyond me, yes damages bond is a common fee - WITHIN REASON They also have several different prices with pictures of so many different apartments - the entire booking processing is completely convoluted I am BEYOND relieved to have found another better property - yes this one is pay upfront but is not dingy, has decent customer service and is TRANSPARENT about their charges I dare say - things may have been different should I have received a courteous phone call from Wings prior to attempted payment deduction simply and politely requesting the full amount HOWEVER..,. Thank you Kat (at Wings) I have clearly dodged a bullet. You defensively claim you have lots of happy customers yet only have a rating of 6.5 out of 10 on Booking.com"
