"The good. Bed, bathroom, kitchen and location. The bad.Small room, not clean, bedroom curtains let lots of light through, the lifts were a joke. Would only stay here if I got a bargain and bring your own pillow."

"Pros: My family recently had the pleasure of staying at The Star Residences, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. Here are some of the standout positives from our experience: 1. Breathtaking Location: The resort is close to the pristine shores of a beautiful beach. The stunning views of the sparkling ocean and golden sands were absolutely breathtaking. It provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. 2. Impeccable Service: The staff at The Star Residences was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. They promptly addressed any queries or requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. 3. Dual living rooms so my kids can watch their own preferred shows/movies on Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube etc. 4. Spacious kitchen and dining area with additional laundry room for washing our clothes, as we stayed 4 nights. 5. Delicious Dining Options: The resort boasted a range of dining choices that catered to different tastes and reasonably priced. 6. Very nice gym and a heated pool with great views. 7. Tesla Super Charger near by. No need to worry about range anxiety. Cons: While our overall experience at The Star Residences was fantastic, there is one minor downside worth mentioning: 1. Parking Space: As we purchased guaranteed parking, need to drive up to level 5 for direct elevator and room access. It’s not convenient to drive up and down to and from level 5…, and the drive path not that spacious. In conclusion, overall our stay at The Stars Residences was a delightful experience. The stunning location, exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delicious dining options far outweighed any negatives. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable Gold Coast beach getaway."

"Ok so first don’t waste your money, stay in the hotel! The beds were hard as rocks! They booked 5 people for 2 beds. No pullouts no extra linens. The front desk finally sent a cot up. After a five minute discussion that I was not paying a penny more. At the crack of dawn I was woken up by a light piercing through (see window blinds master bedroom) The only love for this room was the view and washer dryer. For the price I paid I could have just gotten my clothes dry cleaned. Never again"

"One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Location was easy to find and a bonus is that its connected to the casino. Only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, pacific fair and the tram. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are exceptional and the views are spectacular from the balcony and the grand pool. Will definitely be back again."
