"Great apartment, location, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay again. Lots to do and all within walking distance. There are so many restaurants and cafes with a wide variety of flavours to chose it's perfectly located. It's only a two minute walk from the beach too."
"The only issue is that I can't give 6 stars for location at least. The Broadbeach zone, is a wonderful mix of cultural experiences food wise and so close to an amazing beach front experience. Safe for all. We sat and enjoyed it all, we walked and took in the ambience of the street scene with a multitude of dining opportunities."
"Very disappointed with the 2 bedroom apartment. Very tired decor, some not working correctly. Minimal utensils, eg. no vegetable peeler, one would think a basic. One chopping board which was built in so unable to wash thoroughly; consequently we did not use. The washing machine reeked; possibly not cleaned for a very long time. One bathroom had a consistent bad odour from drainage; very unpleasant throughout our stay. On a positive; hot water service good, location good."
"Good location, lot of food options. Easy public transportation, parking available. Reception staff was good, available from 8AM to 8 pm. It is more like Airbnb than a resort. No daily cleaning service, extra charges at every point like pool towel. I'm not sure if it was mentioned while I was booking it."
"Great receptionists, always friendly and helpful. Sits above heaps of nice restaurants. We got a big room for a good price. Lost 1 star I think they should put a shower between the sauna and the indoor pool/spa. Heaps of people wash off the sauna sweat in the pool/spa."
