"My husband and I stayed here for just under a week and we had no issues loved the location and the room was great a full kitchen and spa cannot complain! We definitely will stay here again!"
"Overall the room was fine but OMG the wardrobe doors disgusting, didn't want to hang any clothes inside, you could tell loads of people opened and closed the doors, dirty fingers marks. Bathroom was no better, I doubt any of the doors have seen a wash/clean, dirty marks, tile floors are chipped and mirror was not wiped cleaned, had some ones hand print on it. My work colleague had the room next door, her bathroom door had splatted blood on it. Car park is no better, you would think there would be a room for a car for each room, but no we were told first in best dressed. I requested car parking but it was completely full, if my colleague hadn't said anything to the reception we would have had to pay for parking next door. Added expense the company would have complained about."
"One of the worst hotels I have stayed at yes location is good however that is where it stops. Cutlery 1 knife 2 forks 1 tablespoon 2 teaspoons 1 cereal bowl 1 wine glass 1 champagne flute 1 coffee mug 1 drinking glass Power point in bathroom broken Light in Kitchenette not working Coffee table only place to eat meals off. At $190 a night I would have expected much better. Would definately NOT be staying here again and recommending this to anyone looking to stay on the Gold Coast"
"My kids and I stayed there for 5 days and could not believe the state of the unit when we walked in. Oven not clean and tomato sauce on the cupboards still. I felt completely uneasy from the moment we got there. Pillows were stained and this is why I take my own. Do not believe the money I paid for my stay was worth it for the actual state of the room. Very disappointing. Would not recommend to any friends or family."
