"Room was okay nothing too horrible, when deposit was taken for room it was taken straight out of my account instead of what happens usually when you go to a hotel the deposit is put on hold, had to clean own dishes and take out rubbish which seem ridiculous considering the price we paid, tried calling for clarification on certain things and was told to call back the next day instead of answering questions. Was going to stay another night but decided on a hotel that was cheaper and better, would not recommend this hotel. There was also mould on the roof. Would not go again."

"Absolute Horrible Experience! Firstly, the given apartment in Aruba Beach was confined between the gates of the swimming pool, which automatically closes at 9PM. This meant that any food delivery or even the exiting of the apartment was quite frankly impossible. Although there is a gate that exits the apartment complex without walking through the swimming pool, the keys are often jammed and therefore, the gate will not open. We have politely called the manager on multiple occasions regarding this issue, however, these requests were ignored. Secondly, the apartment in Aruba Beach had a foul stench that permeated every corner of the room. This was very apparent, especially as the pillows were not cleaned (see photo), the walls had stains and curtains with stains (see attached photo). Yet, the most absurd thing is that as mentioned in their welcoming letter, any room service regarding cleaning or the needs of additional amenities come with a ridiculous surcharge fee. Thirdly, as mentioned on their website the rooms should not have any smoking. Although I don’t smoke, the lady below us and the lady next door are frequent smokers (smoking in broad daylight), which meant that walking up and down the apartment floor, there was the ill stench of cigarettes. This is coupled with them being extremely loud, and yet, the manager ignored our plain and simple requests for them to be a little more considerate, as we had an important university interview the following morning. Fourthly, the WIFI is completely broken, which also meant that their TV was also unusable, as it could not find/connect to the router. We called up the manager, and yet, she simply said that she could not fix this problem as she is not responsible for setting the WIFI, but rather, she simply suggested that we should just call the WIFI company themselves, simply throwing the issue away to other people. Absolutely appalling and pathetic service. Fifthly, the water system was completely flawed, with no hot water coming out, only cold water. Again we mentioned this to the manager, yet, she spoke to us in a condescending tone and said that it was our problem. She was very rude and I felt insignificant in that situation. Lastly, as mentioned before, the swimming pools lock at exactly 9PM. However, we were in the pool from 8:30 pm onwards, and by the time we wanted to come out it was already 10PM. We tried calling the manager, however, no one picked up. By 10:15, the manager bombarded us and began ranting on why we were still in the pool, and began blaming us for staying too late. She then kicked us out, and said that she would complain to our agents. I highly recommend everyone to ignore this place, as I will not be returning."

"Absolutely love this resort. I stay here often and will continue to do so. Sarina is amazing. Two minute walk to tram station, Oasis shopping centre & the beach."
