"I'm another customer scammed by this company. They disappeared about a year ago but are back now COVID restrictions have ended. Part of our Honeymoon was booked with this business which ended up being $1000 into their pocket for nothing. Not sure how the law hasn't caught up with them yet. Book elsewhere :("

"Don not book with We Accommodate as you will likely lose all of your money if you need to cancel. We Accommodate is untrustworthy and engages in poor business practices and its past and current Directors should be band by ASIC from operating companies!! We booked a penthouse apartment between Christmas and New Year, which needed to be cancelled due to border closures. They kept all the money we paid (over $5,000) and then re-let it to someone else. What is more dodgie about the past Director was that he rented the apartment from the owner as a long term tenant and then sublet it for holiday rentals for massive profits and the owner did not know what was going on. I wrote to the owner who was in shock that it was being let out to holiday makers!!!"

"QLD Boarders closed to NSW 2 days before the family was due to fly out to QLD. We had to cancel our flights, car hire, restaurant bookings and accommodation. Full credits were applied to flights, no problem with cancelling car hire or restaurant bookings. However We Accommodate wants to charge us a $1800 cancellation fee!!! We did not change our mind on flying to QLD, due to Government restrictions we were physically unable to visit. Have tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone, emails don't get responded too and the chase continues. I would NOT recommend booking with this company as their customer service is very very poor and unfair and you cant seem to get a hold of anyone. I can understand a credit to rebook with them but a $1800 cancellation fee for something that is out of our hands is repulsive."

"Do not I repeat do not go with this company they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful the whole time with the covid situation. When we first booked and had to rebook cause of covid that was fine. Then the 2nd time we booked and got another wave of covid Jetstar cancelled our flights and returned the money to us (even though it was a non refundable flight) which I contacted we accommodate who was not accommodating at all and would not give us our money back and would only give us a credit of $881 till April next year. We used part of the credit this weekend to stay just 2 nights which only cost $617 and when questions about the difference and the return of the difference they said no I would not get the difference and that they would keep the difference. It’s completely disgusting that they can do this too people or think they can. As I have now put in a complaint to fair trading after finding out that we are entitled to return of the difference between the bookings"

"Booked with " we accomodate soul" took before and after pictures. Been waiting for my $250 deposit, spoke to my bank still have not refunded my deposit. Contacted Ingrid was advised there was no problem and the money should be in my bank. It's been 3 weeks now. They stole my deposit it's best to book directly with soul pepper. They have stolen my deposit that was suppose to be returned to me as I cleaned my apartment and no damages was caused. NOT HAPPY"
