"The 2 new girls need training on how to deal with customers or even how to be polite to customers! Probably they never learned customers service before!! I walked in to change my pants they tried to blame me by saying I was wearing the item that I bought days ago they said no exchange they won't change and all the pants are the same,in my opinion if they are all the same they need to send them back to the manufacture, I don't want twisted pants for the money I paid ! I am still a regular customer and I deserve to be spoken to in a decent manner! The old staff were awesome it's a pity they are gone! I won't be shopping in the city store again!"
