"Very intimidating security guard at the entrance. The guard treated me horribly TWICE just because of the bag of an item I bought at a nearby shop. The guard attempted to grab my bag aggressively and treated me like as if I’m a shoplifter. It made the whole store feel unwelcoming. Your security guard need to know how to approach people properly and perhaps, fix your anti-theft alarm as well."
