"I am helping clear up my late son in laws estate. He bought a two pairs of shoes on the 21st and the 25th of January. Consering the circumstances I returned to the shop hoping for a refund,on one pair. Never opened still in the box. I was very surprised to be offered a credit note,I explained that I don't think anyone would use it. So the very helpful shop assistants contacted her manager. No, the reply was only a credit note. Which I refused to accept. The shop assistant was helpful,NOT the management. Last week I had to take an item of clothing,unused still with tags etc on it. No problem what's so ever,full refund credited to my late son in laws credit card. Martin's Shoe Store's might sell quality shoes. However the management seems to lack in quality customer care."
