This observation comes from my personal interactions with the sales staff. While not my local branch, being a MYER ONE member ensures vigilant efforts from the staff to deliver a satisfactory customer service experience, minimizing the chances of disappointment."

"Had to attend this store to exchange two pair of Hush Puppies business shoes that I ordered online that were too big! The online chart size guide is unfortunately not accurate! I called in the morning and the nice lady who works in the shoe section advised me they had a smaller size in stock and she put them aside for me to come in once I finished work. Once I attended I tried the new size which fit perfectly and was assisted by Savannah in regards to the exchange making it an effortless experience! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the Morley Galleria store as the young lady working there was too lazy to go check if they had smaller sizes and instructed me to go look online."
