"Horrible experience!!!!!!! I bought my cook top and oven from ILVE was a direct sale from Cannington Goodguys. Sale person told me the product was in stock and would be delivered in 2 days from Ilve Osbornepark. I trusted their words and demolished my kitchen it has been 6 weeks and I still haven't got the cooker and have no kitchen . I rang both parties few time ilve and goodguys and they blaming each other . I would definitely not recommend !!!!!"

"We had an issue with a shattered outer glass on our 23 year old ilve 90 cm freestanding oven. We would like to say Thankyou to Dee and Kester at Ilve Appliances in Osborne Park . Their knowledge and assistance in resolving our problem was outstanding. Their help and customer service would have to be some of the best we have ever experienced. "We bought our ILVE freestanding oven plus cooktop (both gas) in 2018. From the start we had problems. Faulty burners, burners that do not ignite, the burner flame dying down (which is dangerous!)and the oven fan stopped working. I couldn't give you 0 stars as it wouldn't let me post my message, so here you go, 1 star for you. Calling ILVE made no difference either, so very bad service overall."
