"Great products, range and service - spoke to Hudson on the phone about an inexpensive product I needed - he knew straight away what I required and told me where to find it in store. I arrived about half an hour later, went to where he had directed me and found the product - and Hudson, who again was very knowledgeable and took an interest in serving me despite it being a small item. Took it home, does the job perfectly. He’s a great asset to JB Hifi."

"JB Hi-Fi mobile scam alert for Telstra clients I had an incredibly frustrating experience at JB HiFi over the weekend. While I was at the store to make a purchase, a sales consultant asked me if I am a Telstra client (I was) and offered to looked at my for my Telstra mobile plan. Despite my initial reluctance due to time constraints, he assured me it would only take 10 minutes. Using my Telstra client information (which he had full access to!), he suggested that switching from 180 GB to 60 GB could save me $20 per month. He looked at my data usage (Telstra back end portal -looking with FULL access to my personal information) for last 6 month and said that I probably never need that much which I agreed to. He then said that I will need a new SIM card, I asked if it was Telstra which he said yes. My suspicions were aroused when he handed me a JB-branded SIM card instead of a Telstra one. Despite my questioning, he insisted that it was still a Telstra SIM card. I reluctantly agreed to proceed, and after a frustrating 25 minutes at the store, I left with an inactive JB SIM card and discovered my original Telstra SIM was no longer working. I switched the SIMs and waited in my car for the new SIM card to activate, only to find it still wasn't working. 1 hour later (!) I returned to the store to inform them of the issue, and they spent an additional 30 minutes troubleshooting. They said both SIM cards were inactive due to a system issue, something they referred to as a "limbo state." This entire experience left me feeling scammed, frustrated, and without phone or internet access for hours. In summary, my visit to JB HiFi to make $450 headphones purchase turned into a time-consuming nightmare that wasted two hours of my life and ruined my plans for the weekend. I don’t think JB clients should be treated this way, and allow their stuff to trick existing Telstra clients to switch to JB Hi-fi at all cost."

"Iain Ross has been once of the best salesperson that I have dealt with at any store. Besides giving you really good prices his service is 10 out of 10. I tried getting a 2022 Sony TV model that was being replaced and whilst other stores will try to sell you something else Iain went out of his way to order the TV from Sony. Even though I am close to the Rockingham store I preferred dealing with Iain for a sound bar and additional accessories and collecting the goods locally. I will be passing on Iain's name to all my work colleagues and friends if they ever need any electronic items."

"I bought a dishwasher for a cancer patient I'm a Carer for, dishwasher was meant to be delivered within 2 weeks, 2 weeks later no dishwasher so I called JB HIFI they said the merchant doesn't deliver the dishwasher so I said why didn't you call me and let me know so I can arrange the delivery. If I known that when I bought it I could have put it in my van that day. Also there was a part missing and they expected me to run around and call The merchant to get the part. Very poor service. It's like they really don't care about their customers."

"One of, if not, the best Jbhifi stores. The staff are great, in particular the managers. They went above and beyond when I was having issues with their old extended warranty provider. I can’t thank them enough for the time and effort they put in to finding a solution for me. That in conjunction with a great range of products will have this store being my go to."
