A couple of months later I was told by Robin Webb that he was still waiting for the part. Now, several months later we have still heard nothing. What kind of business behaves like this repeatedly such that several customers complain? Perhaps we should have guessed from the state of his business premises that he operates out of total chaos. Small business success relies on three things: Quality, price and service. If you can't meet those three then you may as well forget it and go home. We are not amused."
