"Walked in and asked where i would find a certain perfume. Was told by the staff member "I don't think we have that in stock sorry". I had to tell her I'd seen it available on their website and ask her to take me to where it would be to just have a look - we found it in less than a minute. Had I not pushed it she wouldn't have bothered and just told me they didn't have it. Next I asked where another product would be and was told at the end of an isle. I couldn't find it anywhere so asked someone else. They went and looked at their computer but still couldn't find it. Another lovely lady asked me if she could help so I explained what was going on. She also offered to look at her computer but the last lady told her she couldn't see it on her computer search (she had spelt it wrong). The last lady found where it should be after looking on the computer and took me to the isle but it was out of stock - she was lovely and helpful and actually knew what she was doing so the two stars are onky because of her! When I went to the counter to pay the shop assistant got distracted. I tapped my card and another assistant walked past telling me that my payment hadn't gone through despite it saying approved on the EFT machine. I had to point to it and say yes it has and she just said oh yeah it has. No apology nothing. Worst place to shop! No one has any idea what's going on it's no wonder they need so much staff."

"Worked at chemist for about 4 months. Was the owner not only horrible to me but to other staff members, he is a RUDE narcissist, he will talk about you behind your back and in your face ( this has happened to me) the verbal attacks from the owner was also very disrespectful. No matter how much you work or do the owner always has something to say. Absolutely not the same behaviour at the interview. Would not recommend working here at all."

"Pharmacists wouldn't give me a eye drops that are meant for my cat (which saves me $$) that are over the counter saying I needed to get a prescription. Never had a problem at any pharmacy including other chemist warehouses until Ellenbrook. One girl had no idea what she was doing."

"Pharmacists are really bad and slow, taken more than 1 hour to do one prescription. And rude to customers too. Lying too, really disappointing Better put some good people to new store."
