"Reception staff lovely. Very unsatisfied with vet. They did not have the equipment to check his eyes so told to go to a specialist, told the dog would be in pain. Sought second opinion told to try drops, eyes are improving. As I am a pensioner the cost of $100.00 then specialist charge was going to be $275.00 for consult. I was extremely disappointed in the results from this vet"

"The staff at Greencross vets were nothing short of excellent! I was so impressed by the service I received. Jennifer, the resident vet, was so very patient, kind and caring with my new puppy, gave him so many treats that I'm sure he'll be hanging out for his next visit. Jennifer was also very patient with me and answered every question I had, and gave so many opportunities to ask any and all questions I may have had. I didn't feel like I was rushed out the door, or like anything I asked was silly or wasting their time. I can't thank you enough, thanks for providing such a wonderful service! :)"
