"Never any interest in serving customers too busy hanging at the front together Not just once but last 3 attempts to shop there the judgemental girls ignore you"
"A great place for all pet supplies and accessories The staff very helpful and of course friendly. Highly recommend here for pet shopping"

"Horrible first experience here. I recently got back into the fish keeping hobby. I spent a lot of money, time, and effort to set up a nice little planted tank. I purchased my first set of fish from here - 5 Rummy Nose Tetras. All seemed to be going well. Within a couple of days I noticed what appeared to be micro bubbles on 2 of the tetras. This then started to appear on the others as well, but I thought nothing of it yet as I thought it was just bubbles from swimming through my aerator. A couple of days later I bought a beautiful, less common Betta at a hefty $44. The most expensive one they had in the store. Within a few days, all 5 of my tetras had these white spots on them. I looked closer and realised it wasn’t bubbles. I did some research online to find out they were infected with ick/ich (white spot disease). With the way I set my tank up and the time between set up and introducing the first fish - it’s impossible that I gave it to them. They had to have been bought already infected just not yet visible, or I hadn’t noticed because I wasn’t educated yet to look for this type of thing. I immediately went back to the store once I learnt what was wrong and they straight up refused to take any responsibility and essentially said it was my fault and problem. They told me a medicine to use and how to use it, but wouldn’t even compensate me with the cost of it. I’ve followed the directions on the bottle and what they told me at the store. Within a week of starting treatment, all 5 of my tetras had become infested with these spots and since died. My beautiful (and expensive) Betta is now covered in them too. This is really upsetting. Not only because I’ve had to watch these poor fish suffer and slowly die, but all the money I’ve spent on them has now been wasted as they are dead. All within 2-3 weeks of leaving the pet store who refuse to take any responsibility for selling me fish that were infected with a parasite that has killed my whole tank(not the Betta thankfully). The store refused to take any liability for this. *Update - a month after I cleared my tank of the parasite * I went back there about a month later once my tank was cleared of the parasite and I had got it back to optimal conditions. Thankfully this time I spent a few minutes just watching the fish because I noticed white spots (ich parasite) on a few of them. Walked straight back out and went elsewhere."
"Very clean, they have rabbits, birds and spiders on site. Lots of toys to choose from and the free Diy dogwash is nice. Just slightly confusing on the protocol of walking your dog into the shop and no signage to say they are welcome but they must be to use the bath? Bit hard in the location as inside a building near food shop too so signs saying if they are allowed or not would help."
