"A staff makes good or bad review, I think. I hope store managers see bad reviews and improve thier customer services. I visited the store this morning to buy a few clothes. At the sell check- out, I scanned 3 items then before scanning next item, I found faulty spot so asked a young staff to change / swap another one. He didn't let me to do it even thought i did not buy it yet! I have never had this experience any shop. He showed power on me? Or he treated me differently because of skin colour? I told him to cancel the others items which i scanned I went and got another one then came back to the check out to pay all my gears. What kind of person he was How the store managers trained him Pretty rude and made me angry I will call the head office to complaint about the guy D."
"I’m giving this Kmart a one star because I had one of the most rudest shopping experiences here today. And I’m hoping they will give the this particular staff member a lesson in customer service. So Today I needed to buy a dress to go to a funeral and the change room lady was so rude when I was leaving the changing rooms. I asked where I should hang the clothes I didn’t want to purchase and she just yelled at me to "just hang them up!!! "I nearly didn’t buy the dress I was holding but I was desperate as the funeral is today and my original dress I had broke. So if that is her attitude to all paying customers I’m surprised people actually buy the things they try on there… Ellenbrook Kmart please give you change room lady who still wears a face mask a lesson in customer service or put her in the back where she won’t be dealing with paying customers before you loose more customers."
