"The staff here need to be more friendly. I been here twice, the first time I had a really bad experience, they didn’t help me at all they give priority to people that is spending more money. Is seems that they just don’t like to work In there. Second time I come in to buy an iPhone. And same thing. They didn’t help until I told them I was buying and need someone to guide me on Wich model was the best one to get for my needs. Staff is rude and not willing to help. Heather went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the TV that I was looking to buy. She was so very friendly, polite and extremely helpful and nothing was a bother to her. Heather made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and arranged it all to be delivered with no problem at all. Heather was so amazing! that I ended buying 5 TV's in total!
