"The premium delivery of appliances is definitely not worth anything. Half the appliances (like TVs) are excluded from unpacking and assembly which is not explained when you are purchasing this extra for delivery, the fridge delivered to us was not assembled properly, the delivery person was in so much hurry to leave in less than 5 minutes that failed to level the fridge, install the filters, or take half of the packing with them (which were all the reasons we pay for extra for premium delivery). The staff response on the phone was even worse as they blamed their salesperson for not giving me information, saying it's not their problem as delivery was through a third party company, suggested I hire a plumber to fix my issues and basically saying it's not their problem. Eventually I had to spend an extra hour on the phone to take issues to store management who didn't really solve the problem but at least acknowledged that I had the right to complain and noted they will have a conversation with staff regarding their responses and ignoring my fair requests."

Just called them about potentially purchasing a new dryer and spoke with Malaika. What a lovely person! Very patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
