"The products are lovely and the staff are polite but as a customer experience ai was left wanting more. If you buy a gift card the shop will not refund any unspent money. It becomes store credit only, which is kindnof useless to me if the product is as good as it should be. Staff weren't able to explain why this was. Just store policy to keep my money I guess. Also, staff weren't able to explain where different wools came from or why they were used with different products. Not critical, but a shame. Never fear. I'm sure I will love this next pair of slippers for years and years, just like the last ones."

"Had a fantastic experience with the young staff member Claire today. She is very knowledgeable, she could tell my shoe size just by looking at my feet! Found me some lovely moccasins first try, was in and out in ten minutes - very efficient staff. Well done."
"I went in yesterday to buy sheep stuffed toy and baby rug. The quality of the product looked really good. When I went in, there were no customer and one staff which is understandable. She helped me get the products which I was looking for and just when she took the things I wanted to buy to counter so I could make the payment, another customer walked for returns. Instead of making my invoice and taking the payment, she completely ignored me for the next 10/15 mins and started helping her in much glorified way. I felt very humiliated, she didn’t asked me if she can help her (which I won’t have minded) as clearly I was there first, she made me wait unnecessarily and that my money was no good for her. After the other customer left she turns to me and asked for the payment. I told her how I was feeling and left without buying. Now I have to look for another store which sell these rugs which IM sure are plenty around. Clearly this place is prejudice towards certain people with different skin colours."
