"My little 14 year old cousin went into this store today to look at jacket she wanted for her birthday and take photos for me so I could buy it for her. The shop assistant came up to her and said to her she can’t afford it as she looks like the type of girl to sell vapes at school. She is the sweetest girl, a good girl and I think that is such disgusting behaviour and not appropriate to say to a 14 year old girl who doesn’t even know what vape is. After reading the reviews I honestly don’t know how this store is still open. If you want to succeed you need better staff with a better attitude. Would rather give 0 stars than 1"

"The young guy with mullet hairstyle who worked morning shift on 20th May is rude and knows nothing about shoes he's selling. Provided none service, showered with his mommy issue attitude. Looks like he believes he's smarter and better than anyone else. He must have misunderstood the difference between smart and r-e-t-a-r-d. Felt sad for him."

"This branch is by far one of the worst stores I've visited Ashley a worker is as helpful as an Ikea manual, both times I've visited I've had troubles with her. And to give more details on how unhelpful she is. I asked for a style in a different colour and she referred me to a wall of sneakers which are full price and not the style I was looking for. When talking to another member they informed me that they're where no sizes available any more. The time I brought my mother in to get her shoe returned she refused to do the return. My mother wears aurthotics and has had trouble finding a shoe that fits her comfortably, the team told her to remove the insert in the shoe and trial it for an hour if any discomfort arose then she would need to return it. Now the team is going back on their word and causing my unemployed mother to pay for a shoe she can't wear. Biggest scam out their. Never shop at Eastland JD or with Ashley. If I could leave no stars I would."
