"When the store close time is 9pm you need to close at 9pm. I put something on hold at 830 and was back by 8.52 the girls were cashing up and yelling through the door that they were closed. When you close at 9. You close at 9. Not when you want to close. For someone who works 60 hour weeks late night trade is my only option for shopping. Discraceful service. I work in retail also, id love to close early unfortunately its not the staff's choice."
"Very BAD! We went in at 5:00 on 23/07/2019. 2 girls on! not a single hello or good bye. We went in to buy sunnies we were their for 5 mins and they were just chatting away! very unprofessional and would recommend that they need training in retail because that display was very rude!"
