"Went to return a pair of shoes that I literally had tried on only to see if they fitted properly at home and decided they weren’t for me. Had the receipt and the bag and I was told because I didn’t have the box, they could not be returned. Absolutely FURIOUS. Staff were rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. Says nothing on the receipt about having to keep the box. Never heard of such a ludacris thing! Now I’m stuck with these shoes when I have a perfectly good receipt showing proof of purchase!"
"I visited the store with my brother and his girlfriend during the Black Friday sales (27 Nov). The sales assistant (Faye?) was seemingly working the store on her own but she was so helpful, hunting down various sizes and styles of shoes even though she was clearly under the pump. She was very helpful and accommodating and we left with some awesome shoes. Thanks heaps, would recommend!"
