"Very prompt asking for payment, but took 2 months and 3 requests from my GP to receive a report they said would take 2 weeks. My psychiatrist was a very poor listener over the three appointments I attended. When I asked my GP if the report had anything helpful she scrunched her nose and shook her head. Find somewhere else is my opinion, and what I'm in the process of doing myself."

"This place is a joke!! After spending out of pocket so much $$$$$ ( more than I could afford ) and so much time the psych I was seeing told me to go back to my GP and didn’t do anything for my mental health!!! I found that he didn’t even care to help me or understand me. Also please be mindful not to extend time by 5-10 mins as they will charge you $$$ without even letting you know!!!!!"

"This place should not be a practice for mental illness. They treat people poorly and show no understanding of complex issues. All they care about is money. 1st we had a booking in February and the day before they cancelled saying they had made an error. They said then the next available was not until June. We booked and asked if there was a cancellation to contact us. Nothing was mentioned about up front charges and our understanding was the appointment was to be bulk billed. We called for a check in and to see if there was an earlier appointment. Not only was this request ignored but I was rudely asked for a $70 booking fee 2 months before the appointment I questioned the fee and no clear explanation offered I escalated. When the office manager called me she was apologetic at first and explained that the fee helps to ensure people turn up on the day and it comes off the total fee. What total fee I asked ... $490 WHAT? this had not been explained prior and the patient is unemployed which is why we had asked for a bulk billing centre and had agreed to wait so long. When I said the fee was disgusting I was advised not to be abusive. I clarified that I had said the fee and not her... apparently she still felt I was abusive and ended the call. My anxiety was through the roof by the end of the call and I'm not the intended patient. This was lucky as it would have been very detrimental to them had they been the one on the phone. Be very careful when dealing with this business"

"Maria is the most nicest sweetest lady i have ever met she is great at her job. All of these comments are in accurate. You are confusing her with the other receptionist that works there. Maria has never yelled at swore at or shouted at anyone. She does however cop alot of abuse from patients. But she has never been rude to or gave attitude to any of her patients. She is a professional at her job. And she is the most friendliest receptionist I have ever met in my life. I have been seeing Indika for a very long time now. And she is brilliant, I love my psychiatrist. It took me a long time to find a psychiatrist I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend her to all. Empathy health is very lucky to have both of these strong amazing woman working there."

"I came to empathy health care a little while ago and have been back a few times since & have dealt with Maria. She has always been so nice, patient and welcoming to me and always greeted me with a smile on her face. She has never been rude & never spoke over the top of me, and always went above and beyond for me and other patients that arrived while i waited. 5 stars from me!"
