"I took my elderly mum there , her normal doctor was away so we saw another doctor.... Doctor Ho, my mum has seen him in the past and did "warn" me that he is rude . Well, she was correct, first thing he said to her" oh your still alive" or words to that effect, not a nice thing to say to anyone, let alone a 88 year lady. He was rude , condescending and showed no empathy and it seem that everything was an effort for him. These are not the normal traits that doctors should show. It's a shame cause my mum likes the other doctors at this clinic, but I have told her that she will never have to see Dr Ho again.....hopefully he retires and no body will have to put up with his rudeness again."
