"Went in for a saline sonohysterography today and the staff were lovely! The ladies at reception were really informative and friendly. Shout out to Della who was my sonographer today. She was really calm, talked me through every step, made sure I was feeling comfortable and empathetic. I was really uncomfortable when the specialist came in to do her thing as it was a bit rough but Della held my hand and kept reassuring me. Honestly touched my heart as most staff just want patients in and out with no human touch. Thanks so much Della!"
