Espetus Churrascaria 70 William Street, Woolloomooloo, New South Wales 2011

"I recently dined at Espetus Churrascaria and had a disappointing experience. To start the variety of meat cuts advertised was not fully delivered. My group had to repeatedly ask the staff for more options. Strangely, they offered different kinds of meat to only half of our table, leaving the others out. It was frustrating that no one seemed to be in charge of taking orders, and we had to constantly flag down staff for service, for example only 2 of the 17 people at my table got offered pineapple, so we asked several times to different members of the staff to please serve the rest of the table, we never got it. At the counter we mentioned it, the answer was, "The pineapple is over there in the kitchen." Overall, the lack of proper service dampened what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. I gotta say staff was friendly but lacking of training, the place needs a leader and proper management."

"Unfortunately I was there for the first time yesterday and the experience was not what I expected. Little variety of food and a lot of other food that I wanted to try never came to my place. I bought a cocktail but it arrived without alcohol (or if I had it, it was very, very little)…. Anyway, I make these comments with respect so that they can correct these mistakes and do not have more dissatisfied customers"

"Food was good, a lot of variety as you do at Brazilian BBQ, no complaints with the food, I inhaled everything Insaid yes too✅ I was a little disappointed at the rate the food came around and amount put on my plate didn’t justify the time we had to wait between each dish especially when it was only maybe 3 parties of 2 or 3 there. I would get a tiny steak then wait 10 minutes for the next meat dish❌ Worst thing about the place was the chairs, super uncomfortable, literally blocked of hard wood, mcdonalds has more comfortable seating❌ Staff were great, very friendly and polite.✅ Toilets were clean✅ A bit overpriced ❌ Won’t be in a rush to come back but thank you team for the meal!"

"This restaurant is such a disappointment and a joke. Made a reservation for 8.30pm on a Saturday night (closes at 10.30), got seated and was served meats, hardly any sides for about 20-30 minutes after which the food just stopped coming and we were left wondering if more was to come? They didn’t ask us if we wanted more food or if we were done at this point. After waiting a while, no food had come but the staff were packing up and laughing and yelling on the side as the staff had clustered to one corner and were drinking alcohol but the area we and other tables were seated was unattended for a while (9.30 at this point). I eventually asked if more food was to come, as we were still hungry and there were still other tables. They then proceeded to give us bits and pieces of meats that were left but I could clearly see that the stuff had take away boxes and were packing their own meals whilst we were still waiting for food. Incredibly rude and disgusting service at $65 per head, it was such a disgrace."
