"Terrible & unprofessional service, I made an order in Mid Feb 2023 and it was told the delivery would be within 12 weeks. But now mid of June 2023, it hasn’t been delivered yet and they said the container is still waiting for being filled up and the shipping has not yet departed. It will take more 4 weeks for shipping. It’s so unacceptable to break the deal with customer like this."

"We had an outstanding experience at the BoConcept store in Richmond. From our very first meeting with their Interior Designer, Olivia Gallichan right through to the set up and delivery by Lou and his team. Olivia made selecting furniture for our new home a breeze. We can only say that we loved her ideas and suggestions and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is an absolute delight to deal with. Our beautiful quality pieces were delivered by Lou and put together with a minimum of fuss. We simply could not fault our first BoConcept experience."

"2533 - Very poor experience lack of customer service. We order 2 night stands and a bookshelf that took almost a year to arrive, and we collected this yesterday Saturday one of the shelve was installed uneven by the factory, and we had to come back today for an hour while they were fixing it. The whole experience it’s been a mess from begging to the end. I will never order from this store ever again. if I ever had to order again I would rather order from Sydney and pay for the shipping myself, and not even an apology from the staff."

"Poor experience based on inattentive staff. I've gone into this BoConcept store twice now and both times I have been ignored. I approached the staff member who remained behind the counter and was met with such a rude demeanour. I asked pretty general questions in regards to placing an order on some items and asked to be contacted once all the information was obtained. I didn't hear back. I phoned the Sydney store and they knew their product really well and also knew how to provide excellent customer care. I was prepared to pay full price and shipping just to avoid the Melbourne store but Sydney advised of a 15% discount available which was great. So glad I looked into my options!"

"On the 23rd May 2020 we visited BoConcepts Richmond store. Anita who assisted us and showed us through all the options was very helpful and informative. Finally on the 9th June 2020 we placed the order. The order finally arrived in Melbourne at the end of August 2020, but due to Covid restrictions we were unable to get our furniture delivered. We kept in close communications with Anita as restrictions eased. We were constantly told that we can deliver the goods, but our installer cannot install the furniture due to Covid restrictions. We were quite anxious as we had no furniture in our house. Finally restrictions we eased, we made the payment and organised the delivery which arrived yesterday(29th October 2020). The driver arrived, unloaded and said installer is running a little late but he should be here soon. The installer arrived at 10.30am, and walked in looked around and said this job is too big for one person. So i asked what is the plan he said he needs a day to study all the instructions and another day to install with another person. Then i asked him time frame and he said next week and walked out. I wasn't very happy about this and contacted Anita. It was her day off and i felt bad to have involved her. After many phone calls between, Anita, Gagan Preet(Director BoCOncepts Melbourne) GiGi (Sales Support BoCOncepts Melbourne) and the driver, they decided that the driver would come back and assemble the couches and one of the coffee tables. The driver came back and did so. He informed us that another installer will be here tomorrow(30th October 2020). At 10.50am the installer arrived. We were happy. Off to a good start. He said i've never worked with this company before but i'll do my best. After starting with the TV unit he found the corner was damaged. Also the wrong legs for the TV unit were supplied. So i said leave it for the moment and start on the coffee table. 1/2 war through assembling the coffee table he found there was a part missing. He then proceeded to putting together the wall shelved on our new couch(professional?). The shelves were the only items he could fully assemble. He asked is there anything else? I said no, all good and he left. Trying to make numerous efforts to contact Gagan Preet and Gigi with no luck. Finally Gagan Preet called back and said that they would offer some compensation and change out the faulty furniture. I told her that i dont want any of the furniture and please supply a full refund. She pressed on to say that she wants to resolve it. So now i'm sitting here with an incomplete delivery, furniture thats not setup correctly, with no real solution in site. We cant even mobilise ourselves around the home due to all the furniture being everywhere. Truly an unforgiving experience. How do companies like this charge premium prices, give you the perception that you are getting Danish Furniture, only to get , Chinese/Vietnamese made Danish DESIGNED (not manufactured) furniture. I think IKEA could have done a much better job!"
