"I have moved my shy daughter to 3 different daycare. By far, I found Story house is the most genuine and welcoming daycare. Their curriculum is great and the teachers are friendly and caring. My daughter can settle in fairly quickly and happy to come to the centre. The manager, Kathryn, is so nice. I feel comfortable to communicate with her. I wished I came to this centre earlier."

"My wife and I were having to make a decision as to where we send our child to when he turns 6 months and had been touring a couple of other child care centres in the Putney, Gladesville and Hunters Hill areas. We decided on Story House Putney for the following reasons. 1. The personal touch from Kathryn (Service Manager). She would email, text and even call me to check up on how we went and to see what other questions that we might have had. She generally replies to emails instantaneously and when you ever had to call the centre phone number, quite often than not, she would be the one to pick up the phone. Most other centres operate either through a call centre (with a 1300 number) or have staff from head office that arranges tours, enrolments etc. The lady (who is the 2nd in charge, I’m sorry I forgot your name) that took us on the tour, you could tell that she is a genuinely caring person. It gives parents a sense of security to leave your child with someone like her and on top of that, I have never had someone so thorough in their explanations during a tour. 2. They have an immensely low staff turnover rate which is quite comforting to know as you don’t want your child to have to establish a new connection with new/random people on an ongoing basis. 3. The centre itself was very calming. It was the only centre that we had toured that didn’t turn on any lights on as the natural lights (combined with the light blue coloured scheme of the children's rooms) were sufficient. 4. I also liked that it was a smaller centre. All in all, our experience with the team and the centre itself was fantastic. I would happily recommend Story House Putney to all my friends and family who live in the area."

"A big thanks to Kathryn and her amazing team in Story House putney. We have experienced a super supportive professional atmosphere in the last 13 months since my son started going to the centre in nursery room. Educators have a very close communication with parents. On top of that, kids are growing in a very safe and happy environment. When my son is there, to me is like that he is with her aunts. The educators are very kind and caring while they are providing kids with a good range of educational activities every day. In one word, I can say Kathryn and her team are wonderful."
