"We have actually walked away from Kitchen Connections. Had a terrible experience at Artarmon NSW store and now going to a competitor. The sales consultant was rude, smug, arrogant and smirked throughout the whole hour appointment. Was patronising and couldn't answer questions. If you're trying to secure business, I would suggest taking her off the floor."
"Only for masochists. If you want a nightmare experience then use kitchen connection. The worst: Project managers ignoring your requests and always changing the deadlines on the day or after nobody shows up. Also, PMs are disrespectful, defensive and unprofessional. Never apologise for their mistakes. Sales people lying to you, what you order and pay for is not what you get. They don't understand maths/can't take measurements and do not have product knowledge. They try, you pay for their mistakes with money, wasted time, never met expectations. Timeframes blowing up from 5 to 25 weeks. Final measurements are wrong and when your kitchen arrives it is all wrong, so you wait extra 2-3 weeks extra for each small correction. Again and again and again. You buy expensive sink/rangehood/microwave/fridge/cooktop because they measure and say it is ok. Then you have to return it and buy something else, because they can't install it or it doesn't fit. Good luck with stock availability, restocking fees, etc. In the end you will be getting something you don't like, but there is no choice if you want to finish your project within 3-6 months. You will not get what you want, order and pay for. It will be something else, worse, and more expensive. You pay $$$$ then kitchen connection converts it to $ materials and sub-par service."

"There was a misquote in my product, when i decided to go ahead, The agent said it was not her fault, because she was doing that job to replace someone else. She even went on to say, that the misquote was only an extra $503 implying it is ok for me to wear the price difference although the mistake was clearly on her side. This will have to be the last kitchen i will purchase from them. For anyone sake it would be best to shop at NOBBY kitchen its a bit more but service is so much better."
