"This was not a great experience. A basic design and then a loose introduction to a bunch of tradies to do the work, none of whom worked for Kitchenworks and none of whom had been told what to do on arrival. Next to zero project management and not a single person from Kitchenworks came to review how things were going or to look at issues. The renos took ‘months longer than estimated and every tradie charged more than was quoted because so little work was put into the quote. It would have been cheaper and easier to have gone direct to the kitchen cabinet manufacturer and engaged our own tradies. Also, be warned that Kitchenworks expect payment upfront for everything and claim this is normal business practice. Our kitchen has only recently been completed after starting at the end of January, mostly due to poor management and incomplete ordering of panels, doors etc."

The kitchen still looks like new a few years later, the quality is great and the design and setup that was suggested by Michael at the time has proven to work just perfectly. The trades they use are also of high quality and take pride in creating an awesome space for a very particular customer with and eagle eye! It's been a wonderful experience, our kitchen is amazing!!! And all was done with a 2 week turnaround,. Very competitive pricing also compared to other quotes I had received, the cost difference was substantial.
