"Please avoid this unprofessional and overpriced company. We had our kitchen and bathroom renovated with A Plan and it dragged on for longer than 6 months and cost us much more than we first thought. In the end, we gave up chasing a final repair on our shower and got it fixed ourselves. There were hidden fees at every turn, some terrible tradespeople (absolute nightmare stories!!!) and awfully rude office staff."

"Cabinetry not what I asked for - they lost the plans I had agreed to; space for the stove too small so the drawers scrape; above head doors do not stay up; vents not installed for the wall oven as prescibed; space for the washing machine too small; the new owner broke the contract and didnt complete the $100000 + works; and won't come to fix the problems."
