"If you want to walk in a store where you spend what feels like ages waiting for someone to not only help you but actually realise there's people IN the store than this is the one for you. The person working clearly didn't want to sell multiple pairs of shoes, couldn't be bothered to help and had her back to us the entire time once she actually came out. Walked into Myers and not only got the shoes we wanted, but for cheaper and better service. Couldn't be more disappointed if I tried!"

"Unfriendly employee. I came in and she looked us up and down and said, you guys just browsing? I said yes, she said let me know if you need help but with a “don’t feel like working” attitude. Then I did browse. A younger girl wearing a crop top came in, sales woman became extra friendly to the point I thought they know each other. Maybe they do. But still, the attitude made me stop and leave, will never step foot into that shop again"

"I just walked out of the store Wednesday 29th December 2021 and I can honestly say I have never received such phenomenal customer service. The atmosphere was incredible, inviting, friendly and above all non-judgemental. I wish I got the names of the two young women serving me but alas I didn’t get the chance. As a trans-woman who has only started the transition so still physical appear as a man they accepted me with open arms and offered me a place where I could feel safe and secure and treated me as a normal human being. Which I am finding rare these days. I wish I could say more than thank you and do more than leave this review, but I hope this gets to them and I will definitely be contacting head office to give further praise and going nowhere else to get my fierce, stunning quality shoes. Keep up the phenomenal work and what asset these two women are to your company. THANK YOU"
