"I had the most digesting service there today from none other than the store manager herself! We wanted to exchange a shirt we had baught which had a hole in it and we had the receipt and the tag was attached but then my 12 year old got accused of wearing the shirt and she refused to exchange it as she couldn’t sell it again! I just want to know how on earth you could ever accuse a customer of putting a hole in an item when the tag is attached and you can clearly see that it has not been worn then when I asked her how could she accuse my daughter of that she started ti scream at me saying that she has every right not to return the item and then stared screaming at us In front of other customers to leave her store! Her behaviour was disgusting and certainly not fit for a store manager they really need to look at their staffing as she did not set a great example for the other workers! Im so disappointed as I have been going to castletowers for over 25 years and have never been treated like that by any store until today! Super should be ashamed of themselves"
