"Mis-selling, Bad Behaviour and worst quality! How worst can it get. Extremely disappointed with the NIKE STORE CASTLE HILL. They sold me two premium shoes promising best quality and performance with return policy in case any defect comes up. The lady at the store who sold me had sever behaviour issues and lack customer service. Hardly 4-6 months in use both shoes got serious quality issues and are in bad shape. When I went to return/exchange them, the store executives started asking stupid questions with the clear intention of discouraging any return/exchange. Two days later they called up and confirmed they will not return and asked me to run pillar to post for refund or exchange. WORST QUALITY & EVEN WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE……WILL NEVER BUY NIKE IN MY LIFE AGAIN"

I wonder they just hired any stupid person as a manager, she does not have sense to to speak to customer at all. While communication she literary mentioned I don't Care and it's not my problem what u purchased. I have been nike customer for 16 years but I guess it's time to not spend single penny on nike brand anymore because the people they hire and how they hire is not good enough, such a huge company and scumbag employees."
