"We had an issue with a very expensive gaming chair where it was slightly cracked after not even half a year to one year of use. Luckily, we had a one year warranty on it, and Christine from Wiley Park had been nothing but helpful in contacting suppliers to navigate and resolve this issue. She had resolved it quickly and efficiently with fantastic customer service in mind, and she was able to provide us with a replacement. We also bought another expensive office chair and bed from Harvey Norman at discounted prices without issues and will certainly continue to buy from them when we need furniture. "Absolutely hopeless .. Bought a washing machine over two weeks .. Three times they have guaranteed that they will deliver it in the time we requested and Twice they did not deliver it on the time requested .. So today they assured me it will be delivered between 9am - 10 am it’s 11.13an and still waiting and took the day off again work only to be sitting waiting for this delivery to arrive .. and when I am calling the store today the staff know my voice and totally hang up on me not even getting a chance to ask when this washing machine will be delivered .. Hopeless and when I call the store to talk to management they hang up on me again .. and to think Harvey Norman have a so called good name still waiting . STILL WAITING on the 14 th August 2023.. It’s 1pm and still waiting it was supposed to be here between 9am - 10am .. and it’s 2pm third attempt to deliver it to our place ..And it FINALLY Arrived at 5 pm waiting from 8.30 am for it to Arrive at 5 Pm Hopeless service ."
