"The worst customer service, delivery service experiences and the quality is not worth of buying. The worst Customer service Never reply your call and even you call it does not make any change. However, they can call me three times a day for $500 extra delivery fee (they have charged $200, total $700!!!!!) because the loading dock height in lower than 4m in my apartment. Terrible Delivery I ordered this bed in July 2022 and finally get delivered in May 2023. (Only took 10 months!!!!!!) The deliver canceled 4 times!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver will just simple decide there is no parking close enough, so they cancel the deliver and let you wait for all day without any notice. As I ask Saturday deliver, there is no one you can contact till Monday. Not worth this money Quality I ordered the queen size and my mattress is not fit. The board is not fully covered, it used Velcro to attach the side, so it looks good on the website but awful in real. Please see the pictures and I hope this can be share before purchase anything from King Living. update on 10/8/2023 The system somehow did not know the bed frame had delivered. I still get the text message for deliver and asked me the pay fee due to the fail for delivery. SHOCKING!! Anyway, for your reply about the feedback. I called the first person mentioned that not her duty for taking feedback, so she transfer the phone. And the phone magic dropped. Wrote the email, no response. I truly hope no one should be treated this way. Good Luck with your chose and purchase."
"After visiting yet another furniture shop at the Super centre in Moore park feeling underwhelmed with my lack of choices. I decided to have a look at King Furniture and much to my surprise it was not as expensive as I had always imagined it to be. I was approached by a gorgeous friendly sales lady called Bonnie, who was just incredibly helpful, patient and her design knowledge was impeccable. Bonnie was warm, insightful and nothing was too much trouble when I asked to see even more samples of materials. She wasn’t pushy or dismissive. I returned in a few days with all the info and measurements and to my delight she remembered me straight away. We went over all the options and prices again before placing my order of a lounge, 2 swivel chairs and 2 matching cushions. I’m so excited and can’t wait for my delivery. I’d highly recommend King furniture and being tge Queen of my new home I thought I deserved to have a King! ;)"
"Thank you Marina for assisting with our Jasper Metro couch. She was a lovely salesperson & really looked after us even right up to the delivery. Our couch was meant to be delivered on 2 Aug but got pushed to end of Aug. Marina did all possible to arrange for this to come sooner & continually kept me updated on any changes. We managed to get our couch delivered on 9 Aug (instead of the new delivery date 30 Aug) so thank you Marina. Great customer service even after the sale has been done! Couch also looks beautiful!"
"I spent $3600 to buy an armchair and it arrived as a faulty product. The back is not straight. Raised my case with Customer Service and was advised a technician will contact and come to inspect. After a week there was still no one contacting me. I need a resolution here asap before I bring my case to Fair Tradings."
"The worst customer service we've ever experienced from a retailer. We bought new sofa set for over $7k which arrived two weeks late which obviously isn't ideal but not too concerning. Once they arrived on the 5/12/22 all four sections of the set had a blue dye stain on. When we told King they weren't very apologetic but said they would send a cleaning team to remove them. It took four weeks for them to come and attempt to remove the stains which they did not manage. During the time between delivery and the cleaning team coming we were told we would get the delivery fee refunded as a gesture of goodwill and if it didn't come out they offered a re-cover. We responded on 08/12/22 (the same day we were offered the re-cover) and asked how long a re-cover would take and if the sofas would need to be removed. They did not respond to this email and others. As of today 20/01/23 we are yet to receive a refund or a response regarding the re-cover. They do not respond to emails. I called King on 16/01/23 to ask what was happening as the cleaning team had been and had tried but failed to remove the stains fully and they have told us they have sent the report to King. The gentleman on the phone was very rude, unhelpful and didn't even apologise once and barely responded to me. He couldn't give me an answer to why they hadn't responded to multiple emails that were sent in December. He then said they hadn't had the report from the cleaning team but they have since confirmed they did indeed send it. He also said he didn't know why we didn't get the refund, and said he had processed it again. We still haven't had it. He said they would be in contact but again we haven't heard anything. The sofa is 6 weeks old and the one chair has already lost its plumpness and the seat sinks as if it's worn out already. This has to be a manufacturer fault?!?! You sit down and it slopes in the middle of the cushion. There's nowhere near enough support. The cushion is out of shape and flat compared to the others. Since delivery no issues have been resolved and they do not respond to our emails. We are so disappointed with the whole experience. Edit: The order is under my partners name Sophie Zammit-Haber and as stated a lot of emails we've sent already have had no response. Edit: This gets worse. Since this review they contacted us and offered to replace the order( as stated many times all four parts of the sofa had blue dye on). We clarified with them that they will be replacing all parts which they said yes. The day of the delivery came and they only had two boxes. I asked is that just two sections not four? Which they said yes they only had an order to replace two sections and take two of the damaged sections back with them. They said they have made a note that all four sections should have been replaced. I then went on to ring King customer service just after the delivery team had left and explained they only had replaced two parts. The lady on the phone apologised and read through all the previous correspondence and she seemed to think that they should have replaced it all. She said she had sent an email to the team that had been dealing with the case and marked it urgent. My partner also responded to the email regarding the case where they had informed us they would be replacing it, and explained we were expecting all four parts to be replaced as they were all damaged. This was over a week ago, and not one person has got back to us via phone or even responded to the emails regarding the two sections with blue dye. We have followed up the email AGAIN, and still no response. We are now at the point where we have two new sections and two old sections with blue dye on and a cushion that has no support."
