"Shocking Customer Service and Disappointing Experience I had the unfortunate experience of visiting James Lane Moore Park today, and I must say, it was far from what I had expected. I am compelled to leave this one-star review to highlight the shocking level of customer service I encountered during my visit. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the visitors and were more concerned about sitting behind the counter on their phones. Not only were they unhelpful, but their attitude was outright rude. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for customers who choose to spend their time and money at this establishment. To make matters worse, my partner and I were wanting to purchase the Haven lounge, and I inquired about it while at the store only for them to hand us a flyer and tell us to read it to find out the details. The staff’s apathetic response has meant that I will be buying the lounge online so as to not have to deal with them. It’s astonishing that of the three staff working that day that they all failed to seize the opportunity to assist a potential customer, and it reflects poorly on James Lane commitment to providing a positive experience. It’s clear that this stores management needs to seriously reevaluate their customer service approach if they wish to retain customers and uphold their reputation. My partner and I have had multiple positive experience in the Brisbane store however our visit to James Lane Moore Park was a regrettable one. I strongly advise others to consider their options before choosing to visit this establishment."

"Professional, informative and pleasant sales assistants/floor staff. No pressure at all. ‘Nina’ was particularly helpful as she offered quite a few creative options to address our conundrums. Delivery and installation within 3 days of purchase!"

"The sales person was extremely happy to show us the chairs and then arrange to take the deposit from us to start our order. Unfortunately after an issue was discovered with one of the 8 chairs we purchased the store offered a 15% refund on that itemas the issue was not discovered within the 48 hours they claim is in their T's & C's. Also unfortunately these T's & C's were NEVER discussed during the sales process, were NEVER mentioned by the sales person at the time and were NEVER PHYSICALLY PROVIDED at the time of purchase and WERE NEVER MENTIONED during delivery. This business has engaged in unprofessional and conduct outside of the legal framework of Australian Consumer Law. I would not recommend asking them the time of day, let alone purchase anything from them. Update: Rather than engage with me as instructed they have chosen to harass my wife with unwanted correspondence. Class act."

"As you can see, on here are some very true reviews why NOT to shop here. Please listen as this store is rude, and wants to over charge on delivery as well as giving you false hope in when your getting your delivery. I was promised a call to confirm the stock they did have in store when it was coming.. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for a call and nothing was delivered. The staff is rude and I witnessed them have an argument in store with a customer and the alarm bells should have rang then. I’m still awaiting a refund for no stock or even a call back. Talking to the manager Daniel is like talking to a brick wall. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE"
