"I purchased a bed frame which came with scratches on it due to poor packaging (the laminate pieces didn't have padding and scratched against each other during transit). When I contacted the store, they agreed to order replacement pieces, but 12 months later I'm still waiting. Edit 6/6/23: They contacted me immediately following my review and a month or two later they sent replacement pieces which were the wrong colour. They said that they would follow up and despite me chasing them once or twice, they never came back to me with a resolution. It's been a few months now since the last contact..."
