She took into account the fact that we told her we had cats and she based her recommendations around this. She also arranged the delivery based on our needs without extra charge. "I would rate 0 stars for the Caringbah store if there is an option, rude store manager, and has no concern towards customer care...The office/assistant manager was way polite and offered me the same furniture for $300 less last week than what the store manager quoted today...The reason for the change in the price is unreasonable and seems that they are not interested in selling their stuff even if I am willing to pay close to $1500..."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! TONY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A NUMBER AND NOT A HUMAN! Tony, the Store Manager, was extremely rude, lacked understanding and had no concept of responsibility and owning up to the mistakes him and his team make. They will make you come back and they will tell you that the dollar value is more important than the customer. I highly recommend shopping at Bankstown Amart, they have amazing customer service and their staff are understanding and value the customer highly."
